Production of metal parts
Sinuta FCE designs and manufactures tools, but also has in-house resources for the production of its customers’ metal parts. Our facilities are equipped with presses hydraulic and mechanical with capacities ranging from 75 to 500 TON. We are certified by the NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. If your press has broken down, or if your company is working at full capacity and needs a partner for the production of your metal parts, talk to us.
Metrology center – parts and tools
To meet our customers’ requirements for dimensional control of parts, we have a three-dimensional metrology center, Coord 3 Metrology measuring center and a Romer Absolut Arm measuring arm in our facilities, where we check the tool parts as well as the product. Final. The metrology center is also available as an external service, which customers can purchase to verify the dimensions and specifications of their parts. Metrology always accompanies our processes!
Laser cutting
We have the most advanced laser cutting technology, which allows us to offer an unparalleled production of parts with excellent quality of cutting, and with unbeatable cutting speeds. Laser cutting through our equipment allows the manufacture of parts with complex geometry. We cut all types of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloys, among others, with maximum accuracy.
Maintenance Wire machining and erosion subcontract
We have high efficiency wire EDM machines thanks to high precision and cutting speed. Less brushing for a better surface finish that provides time savings of up to 30%. The applications of wire erosion include machining of carbide dies, dies for drawing and micro-machining and, mainly, the manufacture of materials with high hardness rates and complex machining by traditional methods.
